If you're looking for fiber and great and great customer service, ZOOM FIBER is NOT the provider to go for. They have the poorest customer service, very rude, very indifferent, no Empathy, no etiquette. It's almost like they were just swept in with no prior customer service experience. Why is poor customer service among the youth, a trend now? why is it cool to not service or not do your job? ZOOM FIBER is the worst and I would not advise anyone to sign up with them. Lyall, Kelebogile, Itumeleng, Fatima all poor agents who don't care about customer service. I have had the same issue for 3 days now and have missed three days of work. My Ethernet is slower than my WIFI. Instead of getting assistance, I'm been stone walled.
