ZONE(NONSENSE)FITNESS ARE ********* AND THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!!!!!

Zone fitness is s***. I signed a 1 year contract with a specific consultant in Pretoria. 3 months before my contract ended i decided to cancel as i was moving out of Pretoria. They gave me a R3000 cancelation fee when i was continously assured by the consultant(upon signing) that i would only pay 10% of my remaining monthly balance.

I went to the branch to try and sort this out and found out the the supposed consultent **********ly changed my contract to a 2 year contract. It is clear that the contract was tampered as you can see that a 2 was written on top of the 1 in the # of years section. When i asked to speak to the consultant who sold me the contract i was told that he no longer works for them.

For me this is absolute nonsense because i owe the bank over R2000 because of their bounced debits.

At first i was willing to settle my debt and move on but its not sitting right with me. So many people are have similar issues, especially with the "fired consultant" story. Im starting to think that they're running some sort of ******** scheme. It's too much of a coincidence that a number of people are experiencing the same problem.

If there is a law firm out there willing to gather people with similar complaints and perfom a class action that would be great. These guys need to be stopped.
