Zonenfitness Conning their existing clients with contradicting contracts!!

Zone Fitness Parow has no way of dealing with their clients.. if you ask me .. I swear they are about *********** people by canning them into an extention of contracts even when clients cancel after their contract has ended..

Firstly my issue is .. how donu have a 2 year contract however this 2 year contract contradict itself when it stipulates u need to cancel it verbally or with written consent after the contract expires..

How does this contract work.. how do u make me Venice I have a 2 year contract when I have a life time contract according to fine print?

Furthermore.. I have the email of whichbi printed out as proof of my cancellation with Zone fitness ..

Due to this I reverse my payment every month when theybdeduct from my account.. as I have done my part on my end.

When I spoke to the consultant she said my acc is in arrears? I said to her that how can I be in arrears when I cancelled my account after the contract has ended.. she then asked me if I hadn't read the fine print as the contract needed to be cancelled before the 10th Dec 2023.. I then told her perfect! As I canceled it the 7th already 7 Dec 2023 so how am I still in arrears.. I am disturbed by this disruption.. Id done everything I needed btondonon my end yet I get a rude person calling me asking me hadn't i read fine prints.. like wty.. .I feel this is how they con their clients.. like cnt they get enough clients now they con the ones they like have?

Infact.. calls are recorded.. I need this call to be played and listened to.. I will never again advise anyone to be a part of a gym membership with Zonenfitness
