I have signup with Zone fitness in April this year because I wanted a gym they have told opening new branch in Tokai will will operate on the 1st of August till today they have not opened and I join another gym because could wait any longer because of them failing to deliver now told they must cancel it because the contract has not started anyway because they branch still not open and they have told me that must pay cancelling fee for what because they fail to deliver what they promised they agreement from they Consultant is this way of Zone Fitness ******** poor people
