ZONEFITNESS PAROW CENTRE NOT RECOMENDED

I have signed my son up for a 12 month contract. Not only did they change the debit order amount every few months, but they continued to deduct the debit order after I have cancelled. They are refusing to give me the name of the manager so that I can discuss this with him/her. The admin woman SAMANTHA is the one that is steering me away from speaking to her superior as she failed to return my calls for 3 hours after calling in 3 times. The arrogant SAMANTHA refers me to the website and refuses to acknowledge that I cannot access anything on their website. There is NO interest is customer service with this gym. I DO NOT RECOMEND this gym to anybody as this is not the first time issues has been dismissed by this gym. Once they have you signed up, they have no interest in you as a paying member. STAY AWAY from Zonefitness PAROW CENTRE
