Zonefitness not reliable

I have joined Zonefitness and I was suppose to get benefits as I am an Old Mutual Green light member but I couldn't hence all the branch managers are sitting in Cape Town and there's no contact details. And my gym card is still not active after months of joining. The only way to get hold of Zonefitness is through Facebook page which I can't comment on, only send a message which no one response to. It's a bad service and I can't believe they even partnered with Old Mutual. Useless gym!
