Zonefitness Kraaifontein- worst customer service

Beyond disappointment in Zonefitness Kraaifontein. I signed a new contract for MYSELF in October last year, then all of a sudden double payments were coming off my account. When I enquired about it the debtors department told me it's because they loaded an extra person from my old contract onto my new one. Never asked me if they should or to confirm it. When I told them I will not pay it as its their admin error , I had to wait a few days before even getting a response from the "manager" after several emails asking for a reply she told me she has decided to cancel the contract "as a whole" I even emailed her again to confirm that she canceled my entire contract and that I am no longer an active member. She then emailed again and confirmed. A month later I get an sms saying I must pay my outstanding account and when I enquired about it the manager was once again "out of office" which she then emailed me telling me she only canceled the contract of the person who wasn't supposed to be on there in the first place. Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life! And looking at all the online reviews im not the only one who has seen their bad service. Shame on you Zonefitness!!
