Signed up for a contract in 2019, wanted to cancel my contract in 2021 after not using it for a full year in 2020 due to the pandemic. I'm now moving away and when I wanted to cancel they dare to have the audacity to tell me there is a cancellation fee for 9months of R3k. Are you kidding me?! This was NEVER mentioned when I took the contract, nevermind that times have become increasingly tough for consumers. I will advise every single person I know to NEVER make use of their services. What a bunch of *********. Highly, highly unacceptable.
