Zonefitness is a big ****

I have cancelled my and my wife's gym contracts about 2 years ago and they have been charging me ever since. I recently checked my bank statement and discovered the debit orders are still going off. I contacted them and said if I can't produce the proof of cancellation then I lose all that money that they debited after I cancelled knowing I will not have that receipt from 2 years back. Why is it not on the system that I have cancelled and why do they benefit from their own error. After I phoned and emailed them about this they still tried to debit me again! This is ****************. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT ZONE FITNESS. This is some advice for everyone.
