Extremely terrible gym to join. The accounts lady is extremely rude and has no customer service experience at all. Speaks over you and just full of herself. I recently requested to cancel my gym membership and she emailed me few months back saying I had to pay round about R 1 500 +- in order for me to cancel. To day she calls me and says I have to pay R 3 900. Please make it makes sense 🤦🏽♀️ I highly regret ever joining zone fitness very terrible experience and will NEVER recommend it to friends or family! If I could I would give them 0 stars because even this one star is just too much for them. Pathetic!
