so ive been debited for over R1000 from this idiots

i called in numerous times to change my direct debits to the 26 of every month but they debit me the 1st, second the 15th and the 25th of every month and when they do debit on the right date they debit my account for more than tripple the amount.....!

i had an account previously the account was closed in june 2016 however i was contacted by attorneys on the 3 of march 2017 to advise that is till owed zone fitness money...spoke to a consultant who advise if i upgrade my account they will wipe my debt of the previous account which i am not liable for and now i am paying for 2 accounts and being debited 4 times more on the 1..............!!!!!! and when you speak to these idiots they tell you to contact the bellville branch, the bellville branch tells you to contact parow and the parow branch tells you to contact mitchells plain......! get your **** together......! i will never use your services and wont refer you to anyone ever again....!
