Zone of lies

<p>In November last year, my husband and I signed up with Zone Fitness. One of the girls there bothered me for months until we decieded to join. She said she will do all the paper work at their wynberg branch and send it over to their westgate mall branch because its closer for my husband and I and she will drop our card at westgate so we can gym. December came still no cards, she said she has no car to drop it and i understood. I went at least twice a week to find out if our cards where there and i was told no. I didn't want to gym because its embarrassing to stand there with this blue page and waiting at 5 mins for someone to open the turnstyles to let us in. 12 January i asked her where are my cards and she said she will drop it that same day along with the water bottles i was promised. I went 2 weeks ago to fetch my cards and NOTHING. I called the manager and he will send her to bring my cards that same day and send me socks for the inconvenience. Socks? Really. You've already gotten R800 out of us and you wanna send us socks!? Sort out your damn customer service!</p>
