This company is a big NO!

I cannot begin to tell you the nightmare that I am having with this company .

Firstly : the sales rep that recruited me called me and offered us a special price on a joint account , it sounded good but I told him I need to speak to my partner but then he said he will come over to my store while I was working because he said that it would be the only day that his manager will okay this price ,he came and explained the contract to me i told him I do not have alot of time as I needed to get back he then read through the contacting and I asked him what the cancellation would be he said that it would be the 10% of our monthly premium and calculated what I would need to pay and it sounded good .

We paid for a few months but never used the gym as our working schedules did not allow us the one day that we finally had time we decided to go to the gym we were told that it is closed yet there were people exercising we then left and did not return a month later my partner was expecting and was not feeling well so we could not go gyming and requested cancelation then the nightmare started.

The response was that if we cancel then they can charge us the price of two single memberships which was not explained and also raised the amount of the cancelation fee then I told them it was not explained but no they said I signed the paperwork and it's done .

I rep**** that I need to speak to the sales guy but he was no help at all to me I then started emailing the finance department but it just went back and forth , they even sent me clocking when I went gyming ,like how if I was clocked in at work !! .I told them it's ***** and I will rather settle this case in court . Then the calls started coming through from creditworx give me a amount close to 10k that needs to be paid out it will affect my credit score and they keep calling and calling the now I explain the more they call.

I went to the branch itself but they were no help at all.

This company is busy with ***** and is bullying you to pay amounts that is not even correct !!!.
