Zone fitness Wynberg

This has got to be the worst brand in the fitness industry, I'm sure they train their staff on how 'not to be customer centric' cause sometimes I feel like their service personnel are just out to take their clients for a gat... I'm ever so sorry I signed a 36 month Contract with you people. I mean, to drive 2 highways, encur parking costs to be told that "yes your account was debited, yes your account is showing paid up on the system, but I can't let you train today" by someone that looks like they ****ing dropped out of grade 10 is just ****ing beyond me... Honestly. Don't sign here guys, pay the extra R200 and go to Virgin Active... Atleast you know what you're getting.. 😒
