My son was pulled into a contract, Unemployed 18 year old and was told his father can pay the account. When he signed the agent was told that in a few month we relocating to PE. The agent still made him sign. The contract is two years and the contract is a month old. When we tried getting out of this contract we need to pay a penalty fee of R2200. Then there was an option to Freeze and No one told us there is a R83 penalty fee for freezing and the contract get added a few months longer. I did not consent to this and getting out of this is a nightmare. I need help.
