Zone fitness unprofessional gym

Disappointed by Zone Fitness Southdale Johannesburg Since March 2019 I have requested for cancellation of membership because l was relocating. Submitted all required documents, however Zone fitness decided to ignore and hand me over to debt collectors. Indeed l will sue this gym. Made follow up emails have been ignored no one responds but they go through
