Zone Fitness Unprofessional!!

<p>I'm a member at Zone fitness Parow for about 7 years and over the years the management has changed numerous times and now it's just disappointing. </p> <p>I added someone on my membership who is unemployed and the club manager verbally restricted her access for reasons that does not concern her membership thst I pay for. They never consulted me or informed me about this seeing that I am the payer of the membership. Finally when I resolved the situation with one of the staff members who actually listened and really tried to resolve the matter in a kind manner just to have the Fitness manager (who does not know anything about the situation really) standing at the gate like a policeman to restrict her access again acting on orders on behalf of the club manager. He did this in front of members and staff and did not really try to understand that an agreement was made with their head office personal. </p> <p>Firstly, I don't understand how Zone fitness have "grounds" to deny someone access when the account is up to date. </p> <p>Secondly, their staff and management in particular lack tremendous professional s****s as nothing was kept confidential and nothing was done in a professional manner. And all I got was a " sorry it was miscommunication" from the fitness manager. </p> <p>Due to this incident I feel like canceling my membership because no body should be treated this way just because they are unemployed.</p> <p>Its needless to say I am disappointed!</p>
