ZONE FITNESS - UNFIT TO BE A SERVICE PROVIDER

If I could give these guys a 0 rating, I would.

Firstly, let me tell you how disappointed I am in Zone Fitness. I have been emailing them about my account and getting no joy from these guys. I even got management involved; even the top guys don't a ****! When COVID-19 happened last yesterday, there were no debits taken off my account for Zone Fitness (this was at no fault of mine as I did not stop any debits). I have been paying all my creditors throughout this pandemic which would have included Zone Fitness. I did NOT stop any debit orders for the year of 2020. I did NOT expect to not pay any of my creditors as the accounts were not affected by COVID-19 only people.

I think they are pathetic with how they are going about doing this. They cannot tell me who or why the debit was stopped. And on top of this, I must now be liable for the arrears incurred because of their negligence at letting this account “go”. No-one contacted me to ask why the account is not be paid, instead they wait an entire year and automatically hand the account over.

These guys are the worst service providers I have ever come across. They have absolute no remorse and just expect their customers to accept things the way they are.
