Zone fitness unfair treatment

I went to view zone fitness gym at ormonde in August 2023, then the sales guy said I need to pay R100 because the is a special for that day, then I told him that I only have R50 he said I should pay that R50 then he will pay for me the other R50 but when they call me and ask I should say I paid the full amount, he even confirmed with his boss. Then on the 22nd of August I went for my first day and I made the outstanding balance of R50 via cash send to the sales guy. After my first day I texted the guy telling him that I can no longer continue because it is very far for me I thought I would manage but I can't, he said he will call me he was still in a meeting, when he was selling me the product he said if I join August I will start making the first payment in September, I was surprised when they debited me in August. I have been waiting for his call until I told him that I wanted to cancel but he couldn't call me, all he wanted was my sale then after he was not interested to call me. I spoke to their sales manager that guy is very rude he was not even listening to me. I dropped his calls because he was making me angry, you respect clients when dealing with them, anyway he is a manager at zone fitness not mine. Now they are busy debiting my account and sent it to debtors this is really annoying and I want to take it further.
