Zone Fitness the ********

This is by far thee worst gym in South African history, the accounts department ****s hundreds of people daily and it's so sad. It took them months to do a proper transfer of account because my ex boyfriends account was on my name, once that was cleared they handed my account over to Norton's & Associates without making contact with me FIRST!!!! claiming my account was in arrears. When I checked my account, it was paid every month on my statement and one month it was charged twice! I had to call Zone fitness accounts department back over two weeks( because they are forever on lunch/left early or simply not at the desk! during working hours) to get feedback because no one had the decency to tell me that my account is not in arrears. If you working for Zone Fitness please tell your senior about this incident not even an apology received for handed my account over for nothing. Instead they just emailed the attorneys without including me to rectify the matter. I want absolutely nothing to do with this place!!!!! be careful people.
