Zone fitness, terrible service & lies. Don't get a membership there, trust me

Please don't get a membership at Zone Fitness, I had a membership there which was for two years, when i started the membership they made me aware that if I end my membership I will be liable to pay 10% the remaining months without the discount, which I was fine with. Then when I wanted to cancel my membership, in September 2020, the lady Sacha told me that i need to have the membership for a year (i signed up in august) & told me that i have to pay October, November & December, which struck me because i submitted my cancellation the beginning of September, they have debited my account for October & November & still wanting December which is ridiculous, the deliberately delayed the Cancellation so that they could get more cash out of me. On top of that she calls me & tells me I should pay R1470 without giving me a break down to understand how they got to that figure, & arrogantly telling me to pay, when i done the calculation it turns out I'm liable to pay R600. Look i need to settle my account but please Zone Fitness be fare to your customer, we are not idiots.
