Fitness Zone has not refunded me my money and they continue give me poor excuses on like “long queue of refund requests” and it’s been 5 months. Joelle Kaziba - Membership Accou t Controller (Hatfield branch) has been telling me for the past 5 months that it’s going to be processed. Till today- I haven’t received my money
