<p>Ridwaan sold me a contract early May and advised me my 1st debit will go off at the end of June. To my horror the 1st debit went off the 01st of June. I phoned on numerous occassions to speak to Ridwaan he does not return my calls, left numerous messages for Ben Strijdom to call me. There was another debit taht went off the 20th of July for a different amount. Eventually I got hold of Ridwaan he advised they will refund me for R430.00 at the end of July, I contacted Ben Strijdom he now tells me Ridwaan had no right to refund me. I want my R430.00 I have been **********.</p>

I will be logging your complaint to both the Operations and Regional Managers of the club, someone should be in contact as soon as possible to assist.

Hi Stephen,
Another debit order has gone off this time for R175.00. No one has called me as yet, I phoned Ridwaan this morning and he keeps on dropping the call. This is unacceptable. The toatl amount is now R605.00, I have not used the gym at all, Ridwaan took the membership card back and i have confirmation of it. I want tis sorted out today before close of business otherwise I am going to publish this in the newspapers as well as go to Ombudsman.
