Zone fitness Southdale does not action my cancellation

I am sick and tired of Zone Fitness Southdale. Two years back I canceled my gym because I relocated. Firstly they do not respond to my emails. If l call the manager responsible he agrees to respond but they ignored my cancelation instead they have been handing me over from one debt collector to another. I have called 3 different managers who keeps on changing but they ignore my cancelation. If there was a zero l was going to rate them.
