Hi, I have had my membership for a period of 4 years and have decided to cancel 3 months ago due to zone fitness increasing my premiums each time without notifying me. I have now received a sms that my account will be handed over. How the hell can I be handed over for something I have already cancelled at the gym. I have now tried contacting the number provided on the sms and have received no assistance. I have never seen a more *********** company before as a lot of people have been complaining about you. I will not be paying a cent to you as I have been paying all these years and not even going to the Gym and now when I decide to cancel after you people have been eating my money all these years for nothing you can’t even do that properly. Sort this matter out.
