Zone fitness sharks / Creditworx henchmen

I've been loyal dedicated member of this gym, but I'm totally disappointed - I informed the gym when lockdown happened in March 2020, my employer closed down, and I no longer had income, I was advised by Gym staff not to worry my account will be frozen, and if my circumstances change I can come see them. The gym proceeded to hand me over to a collection agency by the name of creditworx. The lady at creditworx says that it doesn't matter if I'm unemployed, I only have 2 options, pay up the account in full or make a payment arrangement even though I'm still currently unemployed.
