Zone Fitness service is a nightmare PILLAR TO POST

In Oct/nov2013 I cancelled my contract with zone fitness, and paid up the account. I thought everything was in order, little did I realise what was in store for me. Last year I received an sms from a lawyer Norman Bisset stating that I owe zone fitness. I then contacted zone fitness to find out what was going on as I required a copy of the receipt. I spoke to marge / vitush. After a few weeks I finally managed to get hold of vitush, I explained the whole situation and he said he will get back to me. He called me 2 weeks later and advised that he has the receipt and will foward to the lawyers so the communications from them could stop. Until today I have not received any feedback and he no longer works there. I am now dealing with the manager who is trying her best to pick up the pieces of where they left her?is this what the staff of zone fitness do to their managers ? Is zone fitness *****ing clients money? Is zone fitness going to pay my lawyers fee??
