Zone fitness Rondebosch

I was a member of Zone Fitness for many years at the Cape Quarter branch in Green Point, but due to COVID, i had to close my account. I never had any issues with the gym or the staff at the Green Point branch, I think they are more professional. I went back in July 2022, app**** for a 2 year contract, for super club, no problem, then I went to Zone Fitness in Rondebosch. I joined because of the group training, not even 2 months into the contract, i cancelled again. Whenever I wanted to join the class for Pilates there was always an issue of - you need to book 24 hours in advanced, they never said anything about booking a class online, this particular guy 'Clint' who wanted to be the so called manager of the studio always had something to say about the class is fully booked, then you get there in that moment you cant joint Pilates classes because the people booked in advanced, so I asked when does these people book that was on the list already, no you need to call on the day, when i called on the day, i was told the class is booked and full already, or if i get there, wasting my time and petrol driving there, it was always the class is full and they waiting on the people that booked and those that booked the class, never come to the class, then you stand there waiting for a spot to go in, you just never get a chance to join the Pilates class, so I cancelled with the manager at the Rondebosch branch, filled out the cancellation form, and she didn't even ask any questions, or any of the branch managers called to ask why i cancelled. I will never recommend anyone to join Zone Fitness, they are really unprofessional and the way they handle the situation they are all *****, I only did about two Pilates classes since i rejoined the gym and cancelled it within a period of two months of joining. When I app**** for the contact in July, I was promised a fitness watch which i never received.
