Zone fitness quality depleting shame.

OMG, Zone fitness Parow Centre. The worst providers ever. The quality of service with the new staff is at its worst, there's hardly staff for the floor 2 pvt instructors that gives the classes. I have been with them for 7 years and this is the worst this gym has ever been.

The staff just stand around and do nothing mainly chilling at reception. The Manager Tammy oh wow she is horrible, telling the customer if they don't stop she will walk away.

We had a class on Friday, then the pvt instructor couldn't make it won't they decide to call all the users to say not to come in. Like whaaaat what happened to of the pvt ppl can't make it, then the floor staff steps in and gives a class.

I'm so disappointed with management instead of having a solution to this, there was plenty of excuses.

Zone really need to step up with the ppl they hire cos damn most of them think they own the place 🙄title go to there heads.
