Zone Fitness poor service at its best

I had an account with zone Fitness i canceled my subscription and paid of the outstanding balance i was given a confirmation of cancelation however my account was still handed over to the attorneys i have contacted zone Fitness they are giving me the run around and have no answers there is no superiors or management to assist they are all on lunch after spending 30 min on the phone with nishan pillay there has not been any kind off urgent reponse or care with regards to my concern hence the first reason i canceled my membership all you get with zone Fitness is poor service i wonder how they stay in business
