Zone Fitness poor contract management services

In January 2019 I signed a 24 months contract with the Pretoria gym branch which was ending in December 2020. In December 2020 I sent them an email to cancel my contract as my 24 months contract was coming to an end. To my surprise January 2021 they debited my account. I wrote them another email asking why they still taking money from my account. I was told that they have extended my contract by 6 months because of Covid-19 and that I need to pay a cancellation fee of R660.00 whereas my monthly subscription was R225 per month. I have have since asked them on what ground was my contract extended they do not reply to my emails. I am disappointed by the poor communication and incompetence by the Zone fitness Pretoria branch.
