Zone Fitness Parow horrible service

I was disgusted by the staff that requested I reshelf weights that I found on the floor and the banning me from the gym for not doing it . On Monday the 22nd of January I arrived at gym , which as usual was in a disgusting state. There were no weights on the shelf and you had to get weights you needed from the mess on the floor. Two staff members stood behind me for about 30 minutes just watching me work out . Once done I left the weights exactly where I found it . I moved on the a diffrent part of the gym where I was approached to put the weights on the shelf , and immediately told if I do not comply my contract will be terminated. I refused as I am a paying customer and do not come to gym to tidy up after other customers . It's like going into a clothing store and you are told to fold clothes other customers through on a pile . The manager in place spoke to me and told me exactly what the staff member said . She did not listen to any reason as I found the weights on the floor . On Tuesday the 23rd of January I was refused entry . Told that iv been banned. But my contract is still intact . Now they want me to travel twice as far from my residence to a diffrent branch which I am not able to do . So now they will be taking money from my account till my contract is completed and I won't be able to attend Zone Fitness . Utterly disgusted and is my worst experience in terms of customer service . Won't recommend the gym to anyone . Unfortunately 1 star is the minimum as they deserve less .
