Zone fitness, muizenberg

I decided to join the gym at zone fitness, Capricorn park in Muizenberg Cape Town. The initial service was great but all of that changed as soon as I had signed the contract. We received nothing that we were promised! I called numerous times to correct a debit date issue but was never called back after speaking to various people who promised to do so. My contract is still incomplete as there are signatures outstanding. There is no communication from this gym except for threatening and nasty emails. Accounts person is never available and the sales people never come back to you. Very unprofessional service, no customer relations, rude, we don't care attitude, customer is not important!!!!
