Bad experience . Lack of customer care Don’t take calls , if you do the responsible person is not there and then don’t return calls. I wanted to cancel my contract and there has been no direction of who to sent the notice to , whilst not returning calls and not attending to your matter, they continue to debit my account. You follow up , no one can give response nor return the call. I cancel the debit order , then they recall that there is a client who is owing them! How about a client whom we failed to attend to their querie for months? How about checking with the client the issue for non payment. Oh as if that’s not enough, I get email on spam folder from info@shriverslaw that you owning and must make arrangements. You respond with background of the issues that if attended to , we wouldn’t be here. Any response ? Nope. I have made a decision Last year 2019 Already , I do not want to continue with Zone Fitness
