I cancelled my membership with one of their employees in the mall,he spoke nothing about a cancellation fee as I would have rather used the gym till the cancellation fell away.These employees are not fit to sell gym memberships and take intructions from customers.This company acts as a *****ulant company.Just look at the pathetic reviews on Facebook,twitter and hello peter.Lenasia branch is useless.They do not communicate with you their accounts department sucks and the individuals dont know what they are doing.Consumer goods and Services ombud where are you when we require your help.This company is tricking people into gym accounts on the daily and this is not fair.I am being called by Nimble and other collecting companies even though i cancelled with notice.People watch out when taking out a gym contract...this is a no go company.
