Zone Fitness Lenasia - Cancelling membership

I have been trying to cancel my membership for the past 6 months to no avail. I have contacted the Zone Fitness Manager in Lenasia Ellen Kgosiemang and she has promised to help me. it is now 3 months later and i am still being debited for a membership i cancelled months ago. Zone Fitness Lenasia has pathethic staff who do not know what they are doing. HIRE COMPETENT STAFF OR SHUT DOWN...
