<div>I am utterly disappointed in the service I have received by one of the reception workers by the name of *****y. She has no respect or manner of speech. She is disgusting and unprofessional with her behaviour towards customers. Myself and a few others have been bombarded by her manner of speech towards us for simple things like gym bags that can be discussed in a complex tone and manner. She needs to be re-educated or fired for her way of action towards is customers of the facility. Just because she's married to the manager Cruise this does not mean she owns the gym. Very unprofessional</div>
