I recently contacted the gym to have them close my account and provide me with a settlement fee. They provided me with the amount upon paying the settlement fee I was told to pay an additional 2 months gym membership as I've missed the deadline.. I paid the additional 2 months and have been querying for the passed month regarding the credited amount due to me.. but I have not received any feedback. This gym sends you sms's upon sms to remind you of payment but can't assist you with anything else. When I ask regarding this matter they say they have reverted to their manager awaiting feedback it's been 2 weeks.

Please don't join this gym it's pathetic especially the service we receive. Quick to get you to join with their 99.00 ****s but can't assist you with your refund.
