zone fitness is robbing me in broad daylight

i have been a member of zone fitness since Dec 2014 and in march of 2015 i was transferred from from promenade mall to the west coast and i am staying in Sunningdale. my problem is i don't have a car and i have asked them to freeze my account for about 6 months then i can continue and since march they have been trying to take money from an account i am not using which has resulted in me being charged R175.00 everytime i have been in constant touch with them and have spoken to the manager Ryan and he told me the debt controller was going to call me which she didnt and i made a follow up one week later and she told me noone told her to get back to me and that she was going to get back to me the same day but she never until a week later when i called her and instead of apologising she blew a hernia over the issue telling me how misinformed i had been by Ryan... question now is who is going to pay the bank charges? because honestly i cant pay them then still owe you. upto now the account is not yet frozen
