Zone Fitness is horrible. Dont spend your money there

Zone Fitness should be dealt with. How are they still open for business. They hire staff that I'm sure are picked up from the side of the road.

They overcharge, are sneaky, and downright awful. I wish someone would teach them a lesson.

This was my complaint to them: I am compelled to articulate my profound discontent and vehement dissatisfaction with the appalling and utterly unprofessional conduct exhibited by the staff at Zone Fitness, specifically at the Cape Quarters location. The level of disrespect and incompetence I experienced today was nothing short of shocking and intolerable.

My encounter with a staff member named Asenathi—who, notably, refused to provide her surname—was particularly egregious. When I approached her with my inquiries, she brazenly walked away, dismissively stating, "I'm done here." This behavior is unacceptable and I demand that Asenathi be dealt with appropriately and expeditiously.

Furthermore, I have endured multiple instances where the staff have blatantly invaded my personal space and privacy, further exacerbating my dissatisfaction with your establishment.

Several months ago, I joined Zone Fitness under the premise of a R250 contract, with the explicit assurance that this rate would not increase post-promotion. Contrary to this promise, my monthly fee has surged to R450, resulting in substantial overcharges for the past few months. This is an outrageous breach of trust and contractual obligation.

I was instructed to address this issue via email and was assured reimbur*****t. I demand a prompt resolution to this matter. Please advise immediately on the steps being taken to rectify this situation and ensure my reimbur*****t is processed without further delay.

I will not let this issue go, and I am fully prepared to take whatever steps are necessary to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
