ZONE FITNESS IS DAYLIGHT ******S

Zone fitness came to my work place in January 2017 i signed up for myself and fiance and the consultant advised that any changes can be processed within the 5 days from signing up. On the 3rd day i advised the consultant should remove my fiance. 3 months down the line i realized that a debit was for both mine and fiance so that means the consultant never removed my fiance so i am paying for both of us. I have now noticed that there seems to be one deduction and emailed Hajiera. She advised that my fiances account is up to date but my account is in arrears due to non payment but both zone fitness account are being deducted from one banking account. Hajiers now advised that my account has been handed over. However indications of sms has been sent but i never received any phone call whatsoever advising that my account is overdue and now i have been handed over. MY FIANCES ZONE FITNESS HAS BEEN DEDUCTED BUT MINE NOT AND BOTH PAYMENTS ARE ON DEBIT ORDER FROM THE SAME BANKING ACCOUNT.. Zone fitness has now allowed me to pay for 2 accounts when i requested only for one but also they have handed me over !!!!
