Zone fitness is a ****

So I have been with zone fitness for 2 years and I signed a 2 year contract which supposed to have ended yet they still renewed my contract when I have requested a cancellation 6 months before my contract suppose to end already I also paid it up to date and requested it to be cancelled immediately since I have not been using the service for the past year. My contract suppose to end in September 2024. I've been handed over to debt collection nimble which keeps on calling me and gets nothing resolved. I'm at a point where I just ignore their calls because I've spoken to countless of agents but I end up explaining myself over and over again.i have all the slips of it being paid up and emails confirming the dates and amount at which I paid in full. I don't see how a simple cancellation becomes so complicated that I'm now held for debt that's not my fault. Zone fitness should just close down for good and stop ****ming people. I would never recommend anyone to join this gym as it turns into a ******* at the end of the day. I went as far as going in to the gym to speak to someone to cancel my membership at Westgate mall but the guy said there is no one and gave me an email address to email for the cancellation department. What a waste of time you guys are honestly. And this was the first thing I done before everything got dragged out this far in April 2024 with my slip that was paid up to date.
