Zone Fitness in Wynberg is pathetic

The service I experience at Zone Fitness in Wynberg is pathetic. Today, for the second Monday in a row the gym opened late. Members were waiting outside from before 6am until 06h30, keeping in mind that these are working people that need to be at their workplaces on time. This is completely unacceptable. Not too long ago the gym didn't have hot water for 2 weeks and there were a couple of days they didn't have any water at all. Never have I seen all the showers at the gym being in working order. There is always one or more out of order. Is this even legal for a gym? On the floor itself there's not enough equipment available to the members. In peak time the weights racks are practically empty. Complaints were laid before, but nothing was done about it. Half of the machines are out of order. The sad thing about this is that Zone Fitness continues to sign up new members every day, but they can't cope with the amount of members they currently have. Makes me believe Zone Fitness is more interested in having numbers and income than being interested in the wellbeing and health of its members. I don't get my money's worth at this facility and regret signing a contract with Zone Fitness.
