Zone fitness' greed for money has evolved into threats!

I have absolutely have no ratings for zone fitness Bellville branch. The WORST service and client satisfaction I have ever received!! I have opened my gym acc in the last week of November 2017, and had gymed for about 2 days only to get fimi**** with the zone fitness environment, and was told they will only start pulling off my fee end of Dec, they pulled off the beginning Dec and I went into their branch to get clarification on when they take off monthly fees. It was admitted and promised that they made a mistake and will not pull off on the month of January 2018, and then they did once again. I cancelled my acc right at the beginning of Jan, and 2 of their consultants agreed to cancel my contract with them. For more than a year I have been recieveing threatening messages from zone fitness Bellville to make arrears else further legal action will take place. I have phoned numerous of times and no one answered. Recently this month of March 2019 I have finally gotten hold of them and explained to them I had cancelled my acc in Jan 2018. They refuse to help me out and sort the matter out, they then made the legal action towards me. I received a unpleasant phone call from one of their financial assistants and the call got put down in my ear. And to also top it off when I signed in 2017 I never even received my forms that states all the terms and conditions, so I was uninformed of absolutely nothing but only the good benefits by verbal agreement. Zone fitness is the absolute worst gym and the consultants has no respect or way of speaking and helping the situation - they refuse to stop threatening me with their calls and messages. Disgusting service!
