If there is one horrible company that terrifies when it comes to customer service is Zonefitnes Parow branch. How could a customer query a problem for more than a year and still not be solved nor contacting me in attempt to solve or convincing me that my query will be solved affably so. It would have been suffised or more convincing if they would have done something with my Query and not ignoring me. How on earth would you expect me to pay double the amount than the amount agreed if its not *****? and end-up being threatened by the dept collectors instead of following up my complain. Under which rule/law can a contract be amended without both parties involved?
