Zone fitness, Fish Hoek

I joined zone fitness 3 years ago, I made it clear that I would be paying but someone else would be using the gym. This was accepted and all has been well until today. Told the person it has been cancelled, I called Zone fitness and spoke to several people who could not assist me, a person called Sasha called and was extremely rude. As of now have not received a call from the manager. Appalling service , I paid right through lockdown and am seriously disappointed in the bad service.
