Zone fitness doesn't take their client serious

Can someone from the head office please try to fix the speakers, because we can't do aerobics without them and another thing is the cold shower come early in the morning or evening the water is cold as **** and yet we pay. What can't of a gym is this. Fix this PLEASE.
