ZONE FITNESS DOES NOT PERFOM CHECKS TO CONFIRM MEMBERS, IT IS UNSAFE. PEOPLE CAN JOIN WITH **** IDENTITIES

I never had a gym contract with ZONE FITNESS at all, and I don't even know their doors. The first I heard from them was seeing their unauthorized debit order transactions going off from my account. Mind due, I never signed anything with them neither did I ever see any of their consultants, it's the first I am hearing of them. However, I called them to tell them about ***** going on, they have incorrect details about me but have the correct ID and Account number. I confirmed to tell them its not me and why on earth didn't they do a thoroughly check to make sure that person is the correct person, don't they ask to check ID's as far as I know that ******* only has my ID number but does not have my ID Book so how can a gym sign up a person who gives them an ID number and not an ID book? I am now forced to go into the SUNCARDIA branch to check what is going on, how can a business be this ***********? ZONE FITNESS ****s people??? Who are you & what do you do because I don't even know this company . I am definitely gonna escalate this issue, and the mere fact that they can't send me that contract so I can see it makes me unsettle, BECAUSE WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?
