Zone fitness Do not deduct my money

I have a problem with Zone fitness who keeps on deducting money on my account whereas I have canceled my membership due to financial constraints and I have never been to the gym.. They did not cancel my membership instead they deducting more money which they did not explain to me about ..

I am tired very tired because wherI stay there is Zone fitness and I don't have money anymore to afford the payment
