ZONE FITNESS DEDUCTS AFTER A YEAR OF LEAVING THE GYM

<p>I was a member of the Zonefitness club Bellville. I was paying for the membership via my previous companies payroll. I left the company and the gym never deducted money from my account after June 2015.</p> <p>A year later June 2016 they start deducting from my account claiming that I never cancelled my membership with them. </p> <p>I have called Paula who is a service consultant questioning why they decided to deduct from my account when there was a gap of a year. They can see that I have not been to their gym and to make matters worse they deducted twice in July, 8th and 29th.</p> <p> </p> <p>Warren who is the Sales manager fails to give me answers to this and has promised to refer the matter to Regional manager. </p> <p> </p> <p>Zonefitness has been very dissappointing in handling this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want answers.</p>
